Context

The Mobile app handbook was created for a Montessori school to support new parents get started with the school's mobile app. This is a fictional scenario.  Parents will most likely use the articles alongside using the mobile app while at home or at the school's orientation event, so the articles needed to be paper instead of digital to make it easier for parents.

Tools

• Software: Onespot mobile app - I used the mobile app to study the product and it's features to identify the top features and use cases important to a new parent.

• Google docs - I used Google Docs to daft the articles and guides for each important feature.

• iPhone - I used my iPhone to access the app and to take screenshots.

• Google Drive & PDF - The articles were compiled into a PDF to make it easy for the teacher to pass out the guides at orientation and for parents to reference the directions as they played with the mobile app at orientation or at home.
