Who I am: I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, but I "became an adult" and continue to live now in Indy. It's where I dance to the Beach Boys with my son and nurture my skills as a learning experience designer.
My career in learning started as a K-12 teacher. I then transitioned into instructional design.
I'm now very passionate about the revenue function and overall performance improvement through enablement, with a specific focus on customer success enablement and other customer-facing roles.

How I work: I thrive in mid-sized SaaS B2B companies with environments that are fast-paced, high-growth, and time-critical. I lean into ambiguity because I enjoy solving real complex problems.
