I drafted this article after reviewing a short bulleted list of notes from Product and exploring these features within the Edify sandbox on my own. Once I drafted the notes, I sent it to my Product SME for a quick review and then it was published.

Context
The Softphone multiline for Edify CX video is a quick feature walkthrough that I created with Loom to expose Edify CX queue users to the multiline feature that the Product team released.
Collaboration
Publishing this learning path involved some partnership with Product.
I scripted, recorded, demoed, and published this video myself. Once I recorded my final cut of the demo walkthrough, I sent it to my Product SME for a quick review and then published the video to YouTube and added it to the release communication streams.
